Alan Sellers Born: May 11, 1934 Died: July 24, 2024 Alan Sellers, 90, of Karnak, Illinois passed away at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center at Mercy Health Lourdes. He was born on May 11, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Leroy and Elizabeth (Maxwell) Sellers. Alan was retired from Vulcan Materials after 32 years of service as a diesel mechanic. He enjoyed snowmobiling for many years with his family and friends. Alan served in the Illinois National Guard for eight years. The family would like to thank Alan's special friends, Jeanne "Sis" and Jim for keeping Alan in their thoughts and also to his Hospice Nurse, Debra, for all her love and care that she gave to Alan.
