HERBERT LEE "BUDDY" MERRIWEATHER
Herbert Lee Merriweather, 75, of Sikeston, MO, died Saturday November 30, 2024, at Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau, MO. He was born April 26, 1949, in Pinhook, MO to Clyde and Annie Rean Merriweather.
Survivors include, three daughters, Iberia Harvey, Tammy Murray and Chris Fulton. Two sons, Demetrius Murray, Kendall Merriweather and other children unnamed. Five sisters, Lisa (Gerald) Boyce, Gloria McCauley, Reatta (Ardest) Riggens, Regina Merriweather and Valerie Merriweather. Two brothers, Perry (Mary) Harris and Matthew (Jenetter) Davis and a very special cousin who was more like a sister, Jessica Davis. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Annie Merriweather and two daughters, Jacqueline "Jackie" Sinks and Iberia "Bam" Hardaway.
Buddy as we all knew him could always make you laugh and smile no matter what the situation! H
